Estos son veggie sopes (which, according to la reina up there, are never supposed to be veggie but, hey, this is san francisco, land of the all-vegan, all-veggie, tree huggers). Son sopes with a colombian twist of ogao.
(please note: “ogao”, a colombian sofrito, is not the same as “ahogado”, which means drown)
